Tonia Couch is one of the most experienced English divers, having competed at six World Championships and two Olympic Games, with a third only around the corner.
In the lead up to Rio the world-class competitor has been spotted visiting the high-end beauty salon Satori in Plymouth’s Drake Circus.
The beauty salon is known to offer ‘the ultimate in customer service for all clients wishing to get pampered and transformed’ under the direction of owners Natasha Griffin and Stuart Dyke.
Satori confirmed that the Olympic diver has been visiting the salon since they opened in November 2014 and couldn’t be happier to have her as a regular:
“We are delighted to have Tonia’s support, she’s a real champion and inspiration. We are wishing her every success in Rio and are looking forward to pampering her upon her return.
The salon also offers a variety of beauty treatments including facials and manicures as well as other spa therapies plus High Definition Brows, Lycon Waxing, Microblading, Russian and Express Lashes and hair styling services.
Happy to show her support to the local company and the work they do, Tonia said: “I love coming into Satori and always feel rejuvenated after enjoying one of their many treatments.”
“With my line of work it’s really important to look after yourself, especially with being in and out of the water most of the time, I like to know that I’m doing my best to care for my nails and skin.”
One of the salon’s signatures is the quality of service and products available, including partnerships with leading brands such as Elemis, OPI and Delilah Cosmetics.
Tonia was seen stepping out fresh faced and relaxed after enjoying a tranquil PEDISPA and pedicure as well as some brow work.
Ms Griffin agreed that: “Everyone wants to look and feel their best, and we are the professionals who can help; partnering with such a well-known athlete just reinforces our level of professionalism and the quality of care we offer.”
